Apartment #1

We moved into our first apartment about January 14th. It's a two bedroom, one bath apartment. The kitchen isn't very big at all the two of us can barely fit in there to be making anything together, so needless to say that doesn't happen very often. This is my first place away from home and I must say it's interesting, to move from my parents place and a substantial sized room all to myself to the apartment that isn't anywhere close to half the size of my parents house. But that is ok, it's only an apartment, it's just us here, and the price is decent. We're actually moving out of here come the end of April into another apartment that has two bedrooms as well, but is a little bit bigger, includes a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and cable tv. The cable tv isn't that big of a deal, it's been nice just watching what we want off the internet and not be constricted to what is on tv and what time. We will probably still go the same route, and just enjoy the cable, when we have nothing else to watch, which i don't see happening, what with Tim starting school next month and work in a couple weeks, and I plan to keep myself busy reading all the books I've been wanting to and just haven't while he's here at home doing homework :) we'll see i may even start taking some classes soon too, which will keep me plenty busy with working 40 hrs a week. I love having a place that is just Tim's and mine. I will definitely be thankful once I'm out of here though, because I'm all for a bigger kitchen, and hopefully a bathroom that doesn't have a shower with a big window in it. :) I'll post some pictures soon of this place.
