Wii Fit

Tim and I bought a Wii Fit 6ish months ago, and lets just say that we've only used it maybe a handful of times. I've been thinking about how would be a good way to make sure that we use it, because it is a great way to workout especially in the comforts of home but I need to find the right kind of motiviation. I think that what I'm going to start doing to get me to do it is write it down in my planner that I write all my homework assignments in and I figure I get those all done so why wouldn't the same principles apply? I have yet to put it in there but I plan to do it this week and make that extra effort to actually use something that we spent our good money on.

I like that wii fit keeps track of how many minutes you've done it. If I were you I would do 30 minutes a day- it goes by so fast too! my favorite is the step aerobics :)

that's so funny you mentioned the 30 mins because that's exactly what i put down to do today. :)
