We took the kids back home on the 11th, lets just say it was a very interesting car ride. No air conditioning and three kids, not fun for anyone. :( Yet another confirmation of why we need to get that fixed in my car. That night we stayed in Meridian with Liz and Joe and then woke up early the next morning to head to Vancouver. The ride to Vancouver is very long and boring with just two people, I tried to read for a bit, but then would get nauseated so I'd have to stop, but it thankfully passed the end part of the trip much faster.
Once to Vancouver we brought in somethings and while his family ran some errands we hung out at their place until after dinner when we went to Fred Meyer's with his parents. After Fred Meyer's we didn't do anything real exciting until bed.
The next day Saturday after we all got ready, we went out to Fort Vancouver. That place is interesting to see, but a lot of the information reminded me of back when my family went to Nauvoo when I was in high school, just different people really. :) Still a great thing to do and to see something Tim used to go and see as a kid. After Fort Vancouver we went to Costco, the girls (Brittany and Kendra) got side tracked looking at baby clothes and even pick out a little sleeper for our little one. After Costco we all came home and ate dinner. Then we all hung out for a while, Kendra and I later went to Kohl's and Target to look at more baby stuff and found a lot of cute clothes, that Kendra so kindly got for our little one. :) We're very thankful for her, willing to buy her nephew clothes.
Sunday wasn't exactly exciting we went to church and I met a few people I hadn't met the last time I was there but other wise it was just like regular church. After church and dinner all of us girls watched a movie together.
Monday everyone had work or something to go off too so Tim and I went out and looked at some more baby shops, we even stopped by Once upon a Child and were able to pick up 11 things for about 15 dollars :) After heading home and dinner we just relaxed for the rest of the evening, Tim's mom even showed me some of his old baby clothes and got out some of the things our little guy will be able to wear too.
Tuesday wasn't an exciting day during the day that is, Tim and I just sat at their house watching tv and surfing the internet, I did work on crocheting something for our guy but other then that we didn't do much until the evening. We went out and saw Pirates of the Caribbean 4 with his mom and Brittany. Then we stopped by Fred Meyer's so I could calm down after having another wonderful pregnancy moment of spontaneously crying.
Wednesday we spent the day hanging out with Brittany for a while and then after Tim got some things done for his mom. We went out looking at a couple stores and then to Burgerville for dinner. Which is pretty good but way expensive, I understand why they talk about it and we hadn't gone until I told Tim, I wanted to. :) Once we got back Kendra and Brittany were watching a movie together and after it was done all of us watched Soul Surfer together. I liked it a lot! Then Tim and I got everything ready for us to leave the next day.
Thursday we drove back to Meridian, stopped by Liz and Joe's to say hi and talk for a while. After we went to Tim's grandparents and had dinner, then we went to my friend Heidi's place, where she gave us some more baby clothes!!!! We were so thankful for all the clothes she gave us, along with blankets, socks, and shoes. :)
