Cute Pumpkin

One of my friends from my ward that moved out at the end of spring semester asked if someone could make her a pumpkin hat and diaper soaker. I told I could definitely make the hat but didn't have a pattern for the diaper soaker. She found one and sent it to me and so I whipped them up for her. I didn't get them made until after her baby was born and so I had to hurry to get that done! Her baby came at least two weeks early. :) So here's a picture of the hat, I forgot to get one of the soaker.

I plan to make a couple more of these :) for some friends. The hat really was easy, the soaker wasn't my favorite thing to make, although I might just play around with it and maybe I'll like it more. Found out the hat and soaker were too small :( I was nervous about that happening! So hoping I can figure out what went wrong.
