Since having had a baby and gaining weight then loosing it with in the first couple weeks I'm hoping to continue and loose all the extra weight I had before getting pregnant. I have an ideal weight that I want to get to, but haven't been there since I was in middle school, so sad to say.
To do this:
I've been going to walk/run with friends from my ward at least 2 days a week, it's planned that we go 4 days a week.
I plan to start going on long walks with Kenneth once the weather decides to be nice again and hopefully for quite a while.
I also plan to start going swimming this next semester, so that I can get back into better shape. I was always in great shape when I was swimming and haven't really done that since my Freshman year of high school. Plus the school has a swim team that anyone can join that's on track, but I don't want to be embarrassed in my swimsuit. So I hope to be able to get to the point that I can join Fall semester!
Then the most important part, Tim and I have been eating much healthier lately and I hope to continue that. We've agreed starting in March we're not going to buy anymore sweets from the store. We both know how to bake and so if we want something sweet we can make it instead, hoping that if we do that though that we'll give the sweets away to friends to help eliminate extras that we don't really need.
I will say that the weight I am has been the same for a few years now, and I really am ready to feel even better about my body and the weight I'm at. I felt great after having Kenneth and loosing all the weight I gained while pregnant. Plus I figure loosing weight now will be great for when we're ready to have more kids, also for chasing little ones around. :)

Those are some great goals.I know when I am working on getting back into exercise after having a baby, I always do better when I give myself a goal like 'run a 5k' instead of reaching a certain number on the scale or certain size of clothes. Kind of like your plan to join the swim team, very motivating. :) Good luck!
