8 months

I really can't believe that Kenneth is already 8 months old. He's gotten so big so fast and continues to learn more and more each day.

This past month Kenneth
Flew on an airplane for the first time and did great
Visited Washington and Oregon for the first time
Has learned that when he gets placed in his Bumbo that means food is coming soon so he opens his mouth real big
We had to take squash out of his diet, too many diaper rashes from them.
He is a really good eater most of the time with all the different foods we give him.
He eats two, four oz jars of baby food at night. We're thinking of starting to give him something in the morning too after his first nap.
He has gotten really good at rolling around, almost nothing will stop him.
He's also good at moving himself in a circle when on his tummy, but usually only moves a little bit to roll again.
He's started making the movements of army crawling, but I'm ok if he takes his time learning to crawl. :)
If he gets a hold of something he'll put it in his mouth, especially power cords.
He's still a great sleeper, he sleeps from about 7:30 pm to between 7 and 8 am each day. Plus after we give him a bottle in the morning he'll usually go back down for a couple more hours. :) Then throughout the day he'll take at least two more naps sometimes three depending on how well he slept for his other two.

We love our little boy and all the joy he brings to us each day, he's a genuinely happy baby, if he's sad or upset we can usually pin point it to being tired or needing to eat. :) Makes life as parents a lot easier.
