Christmas

Tim had the 23 and the 24th off of work so after going to church on the 23 we hung out together and even had some friends The McCanns over for dinner that night. It was so much fun to have friends over and to hang out together. We played a game of ticket to ride together as well, which was  fun as well as Mark and Erica had never played it so we had to explain how to play.

The 24th we were lazy all day which was nice to have together. :) Around 5:30-6 pm we went to dinner at our friends the Welchs. That was lots of fun and we even read Luke 2. After letting the kids play together for a little bit left. We then went to the Romrells so that Tim could drop back off their computer had been looking at. We talked for a little bit then headed back home so that Kenneth could go to bed.

The 25th Christmas day we woke up and had breakfast. Then we took turns seeing what we got from Santa and from everyone else. We were very spoiled this year. My favorite present were from Tim a pair of boots that I can wear to church and other places when I want to dress up. :) My second favorite present would be from my parents a Temple bag, since I've been using a duffel bag for the last almost three years. :) Tim was very spoiled with clothing especially shirts I think we'll be going through his clothing to see what we can get rid off. Kenneth got lots of toys for Christmas which he needs, since all his other ones were baby ones and he stopped playing with them.We're so thankful for all that we received. After opening presents Kenneth and I left for my parents place to spend sometime with everyone that had come to visit. That was so much fun to spend time together and enjoy a yummy meal. We even made a cake and celebrated Kenneth's birthday with all our family. My parents got him some stacking rings and Liz, Joe, and the kids got him some Elmo pjs. Overall it was a great day!

On the 26, Grandpa, Liz, Joe, and the kids headed back in the morning after breakfast. Caci, Jared's fiance stayed so that they could go look at rings together before she went home. Kenneth and I went with them and we had fun. They ended up getting a ring from Fred Meyer Jewelers for both the engagement and wedding band cheaper then the other places we had gone to. Before we left there, Caci decided it was too late for her to head back, since it was already dark and it had been snowing for most of the day. So we rented a couple Redbox movies, and got pizza for dinner and headed home. It was a great night.
