Swamp People

In the apartment Tim and I live in it includes cable, which is one of the things most apartments around here do include. The reason I bring this up is Tim and I have come to find some new shows that we love to watch and one of the shows is Swamp People on the History Channel. It's a show where they go hunting for alligators in the Atchafalaya swamp in Louisiana. It's exciting to see them battle the different gators and especially to see how big some of the gators are that they can catch. It's also fun because our really good friends Emily and Kevin Bradley are from the south Emily being from LA and we love talking with them about the show plus watching it. One of the guys Troy lives down the Road town wise from Emily's family and he caught the biggest gators last night on the season finale it was 13' 2" if I remember right. We'll certainly be watching this again next year when it's back on since gator season is only the month of September. I'm working on planning a trip out east to visit my family in TX, NC, and PA. Since LA is on the way to NC from TX, we're hoping to be able to stop in LA to visit Emily's family and hopefully Emily and Kevin will be living there too so we can spend a couple days with them. This trip will be happening in a couple years at least, which will give us plenty of time to find things to do and figure out the best time to go as well.
