Pao de Queijo

I made these yummy Brazilian Cheese Rolls for Tim as a surprise, I kept telling him I needed certain ingredients but didn't tell him what for. :) He was really nervous that I was going to make something really weird. The night I made them, he was playing video games so it was a perfect distraction. After they came out of the oven nice and hot, I took them into him and just made him open his mouth. He was very excited and ate more then half of them that night. :) He even paused his game to get more!
I found the recipe at ourbestbites.com!  I want to get a mini cupcake pan to make them in for the future, the big ones work but smaller would be better to share with our friends. :)
