Tim and I found out a couple weeks ago that we are moving!!!!! We've been waiting to get into this apartment since the end of May and it's finally happened. Originally we weren't going to be able to move in until the beginning February. Our paperwork went through relatively quick I guess because we have the option to move in either Friday the 11th or 18th. We haven't quite decided what date we will take, but I'm leaning towards the 18th so that way I don't get stressed with school having just started. The best part of this earlier date is we will have time to move things over slowly and not have to stress over getting everything moved over quickly and cleaned up, seeing how we have until the 4th to move out from our current place.
I'm so excited to move, we're going to be on the bottom floor again and the manager who lives on site has said that the apartments are sound proof. With having a kid we need that, Kenneth doesn't make a ton of noise yet, but I'm sure the noise he does annoys the neighbors and I know it will only get worse.
I will be so sad to leave our ward, I love the friends we have here and those that I'm close with I plan to stay in contact with and hang out with them every once in a while. :) One bummer about the new place is we won't have a washer and dryer included in the apartment but there is a laundry place on site so that will be better then trekking to a laundromat. Although I am kind of excited about the prospect of getting all the laundry done at once and we were always good about putting it away as soon as we got back unlike now.
I'm hoping that the new place also has a ward that meets during the time that Tim can attend. Since we'll have the option of a family ward or Married student ward still. which ever one gives us the right time for him to attend at least Sacrament Meeting will be the one we choose. Right now he'll be stuck going to church alone before heading off to work.
