Conference weekend we decided to head down to Utah. We knew there was a strong possibility that Tim would no longer have the weekends off and so want to do one last trip together, before that happened. We left Friday after Tim got home from work. It was a good trip and took a lot less time then we thought it would. Once there and everything was brought into Liz and Joe's we hung out for a little bit before heading to bed.
Saturday we woke up and had a yummy breakfast, then I worked on homework while Tim and Joe watched the BSU game. During lunch Brittany came over to see us and then we watched most of the Afternoon session of Conference. During it we went to the Utah Jazz scrimage. It was fun to go to and we all had a great time. After it was over we headed back to Liz and Joe's place and had a yummy dinner. Brittany went home then because Kenneth was down for the night and she wanted to get back home at a decent time. Then Liz and I went out to get some groceries.
Sunday Liz and I made a yummy breakfast for everyone. It had everything Tim wanted for breakfast. Then we watched Conference. After Conference was all over we finished up dinner that we had made between sessions. Then we had dinner it was yummy! Again it was what Tim wanted. We even had pie for his birthday dessert since he doesn't really like cake. Then we headed back home. It was nice to get home but we were tired and ready for bed.
Overall we had a great weekend and I'm glad that we had the chance to get out of town once more. Since we now know Tim will be working weekends, and have Thursday and Friday off each week. :(
