Doctor's visit #6
I had a doctor's appointment on Monday the 3rd and it went great. Very fast too, which was nice! I had to take the glucose drink an hour before and it really wasn't all the bad, just tasted like flat Tiki Punch soda pop. When I got to the appointment the nurse was right there and took me back to do all the vitals. My blood pressure is still great, my hear rate for some reason is always high, and I had gained about 4 pounds which my doctor said was great! The nurse also pricked my finger and tested my blood and I still have a good hemoglobin level, and I passed the blood sugar with a 124 and you have to be at least under 140! Which didn't really surprise me but I still was nervous of what if it was high. :) She also measured me and I'm measuring at 29 weeks and will be 28 on Friday, so I'm okay with that, as long as Kenneth knows he can't come until I'm done with our my finals for school. :) So glad everything is going great, and am especially grateful for the ease the last few weeks have been. Besides having trouble breathing while walking up the flights of stairs at school, I haven't really had any problems! Kenneth is moving around like crazy and Tim loves to see it. He's definitely ready for him to be on the outside so he can play with and hold him. He's going to be a great daddy.
